Weekend workshop with Nele Vandezande and Kurt Pattyn in Moorsele 

We breathe every second of our lives: from the moment we are born until we die. Our body breathes night and day, 24 on 24, even when we are not conscious of it. This also means that everything we have ever experienced is linked to a particular way of breathing. When we are scared, we breathe differently than when we are happy or excited. We unconsciously change our way of breathing when we are brooding or when we are absent. But our breath is an extraordinary tool or parameter in centering, which we can use to tap into certain powers. Our breathing consists of 4 phases : inhaling, inhale pause, exhaling, exhaling pause. Each one of these phases has a potential of powers and carries within a specific consciousness.

In this weekend workshop we mainly focus on the power of the pauses. Through movement and dance, breathing and energetic exercises you can explore the powers within your breathing and how to use them in your daily life.
